The Academician Nino Javakhishvili Prize is awarded to an author or a group of authors for a scientific work or a series of works of high scientific value in the field of morphological sciences.
A work or series of works published within the last three years may be nominated for the Prize if distinguished by:
- relevance;
- scientific novelty;
- high scientific value;
- a significant contribution to the development of the morphological sciences.
